Broccoli and Cheese Quiche

If you’re on the lookout for protein-dense dishes then you might think TJ’s $2.29 Broccoli and Cheese Quiche is a bargain worth trying out.

But, seriously, stay away from it! This meal is far from healthy, containing 900 mg of sodium, while each quiche has 30 grams of fat and 15 grams of saturated fat. That’s 75% of your recommended daily value!
