The Market Is Thriving

Should you worry about the state of the market? You’d think so, what with everyone hunkering down and staying at home. But surprisingly, the market is actually thriving. People are willing to relocate during these difficult times.

Some may not want to put their plans on hold and are going to move anyway despite the state of the world. Others are trying to move away from densely populated areas. In some cases, families may need more space since everyone, including their children, are at home all day.

Another thing to consider is the fact that a lot of households aren’t spending money on travel or other expenses such as entertainment, so they’re in a good position to buy a house or an apartment.

Keep all of this in mind and don’t let anyone fool you into thinking that now is not a good time to relocate.

Underpricing Is Just a Sales Tactic

Have you seen a listing that seems too good to be true. If the asking price is too low, there’s probably a good reason behind it. Namely, the sellers are hoping to attract a lot of buyers. The resulting bidding will cause a property’s final price to skyrocket.
Remember, nobody is looking for overpriced homes. Listing any home or apartment pretty low is just a sales tactic to gain your interest!

Sellers Hide How Long Homes Are Listed

This is a very common tactic that sellers and agents use in order to hide previous price drops. Once they list a home, the value of that home will start to dwindle. After about 30 days it’s likely for them to take the property off and then list it again, making it seem brand new.

Homes that are listed for months with no interested buyers will cause a lot of alarm bells to go off, which is why very, very few people allow this to happen!
