Don’t make credit card purchases that are too much to handle
Believe it or not, I have a friend that can no longer go on vacation this summer because she lacks the financial resources. She intended on closing her credit card and she had to pay her interest, being left with little to live. This is not a made-up story, this is a real thing.
In matters of credit cards, you intend on deciding out of enthusiasm, and later you regret it completely. This is how it goes when you rely on credit to buy things that might overwhelm you financially over time.
It’s something smart people never do because they know that no matter how stable your financial security might be at the time, it might get worse later. The interests that you are obliged to pay to the bank might increase significantly, leaving you with no options.
