11. Diagnostic Related Technologists and Technicians
Unsurprisingly, yet another job in the medical field made it on the list. Now we’re looking at a 14% divorce rate yet again.
This job requires full-time hours and tedious work. Plus, the stress of potentially getting a diagnostic wrong and postponing a person’s healthcare because it surely isn’t something technologists and technicians have an easy time forgetting about at home.
Because the facilities they work in never close they’re expected to work overtime, often during weekends and holidays, missing out on important family milestones.
10. Engineering Technicians, Expert Drafters
The divorce rate for engineering technicians and expert drafters sits at 14% across the entire nation.
It is believed that since their job is to take ideas and bring them to life, they spend a little too much time assisting engineers and scientist and far too little time with their husbands or wives.
A great number of engineering technicians also travel for work, so the added time away from home could also lead to marital issues.
Divorce might be a low price to pay with this next job…..

Many people don’t think through the challenges marriage takes, trust, financial, children, relationships, relatives, sexual, etc.
I was surprised that Auto Sales Management and Sales people were not on the list. The hours are rediculous and unpredictable.
I have a solution; don’t get married, so you don’t have to worry about all these problems.
I totally agree.
Some of these really surprised me.
