Melissa Merk, SVP of Truist

Melissa Merk has been the head of mortgage marketing and senior vice president of Trust since February 2020, thanks to the 2019 megamerger between SunTrust Bank and BB&T. Her specialization is in brand identity, strategy, UX development and analytics.

But before she landed the role in what has now been known as one of the most tumultuous year, globally, for everyone, she held executive-level marketing positions at Wells Fargo!

What she will do, both in terms of business and philanthropy, from this position going forward is a mystery to many, but we await her movements with bated breath!
