If a buyer becomes uninterested and starts looking at the next best thing, you may not find another one any time soon. And then you’ll be left out of a closing deal. Our instincts often tell us to wait a while until the right person comes with the right amount of money. In the process of doing so, there’s no telling what we might miss out on.
