The right home showing at the right time could ensure that your property sells at a much faster pace. But you have to be flexible and willing to let your agent take the wheel. If you linger around and stand in their way, chances are you might deter sellers from considering your home.

That’s why, if you can, you should go away for the first weekend your home is on the market. Following that, leave the property when the agent shows up with potential buyers- you could go get yourself a cup of coffee or go for a stroll in the park.
