The only time it should be acceptable to buy shoes from Target is when they offer big end-of-season discounts. Otherwise, their prices don’t make much sense with that quality of their footwear.
You might feel tempted to buy a pair for everyone in your family, Target definitely has a lot of options in that regard, but we can’t guarantee any of them will last. If you’re fairly active and like to go on long walks or if your kids have been known to ruin shoes then beware!
You’re better off going someplace else for a pair of fashionable shoes, this one’s a pass!

Have not shopped their since they declined to take back into employment US Service Members. Said they were French owned company. They had to anyway.
