When it comes to bathroom cleaners, the score is pretty much a tie. Costco doesn’t have a store-brand product, so you’ll find only Scrubbing Bubbles there. But the price is equal to the one at Target, so it’s completely up to your preference.
All-Purpose Cleaner
Costco has Clorox’s Clean-Up All-Purpose Cleaner with Bleach, where you can find a spray bottle and a massive refill. At Target, you’ll have to buy those separately, and you’ll pay 2 cents more per ounce. If you want to have the option to buy just one or the other, then Target is more suited for you. If not, go for Costco!
