Have you bought toilet paper in bulk from Costco? Now that the shelves are restocked, as usual, you might think you could regain some money by returning it all. But because so many people thought the same, the warehouse club decided to change its policy.

Well, the good news is that you won’t have to buy toilet paper for a while anymore. Carrying bulky packages to and from your car is now a thing of the past, at least… Well, for a while anyway!
