15. Probation Officers and Correctional Treatment

Yet another job for which the divorce rate is 13%, those who work as probation officers know how difficult it is to fully separate work and home life.

Not only do they have to work overtime but they often have to deal with, document, and evaluate individuals with difficult personalities. If your spouse works in this field and is often short or edgy when they’re back at home, you can bet it’s all due to the job.

14. Administrative Services Managers

How many people don’t long for that promotion? Climbing up to a managerial position is a dream for many Americans, but they don’t often think about the repercussions, especially in terms of marriage.

The truth is, administrative service managers have a lot on their plate. Having to stay up to date on records, supervise employees, set and monitor goals on top of planning budgets makes for a very stressful workday. Not only that but if an employee fails or makes a mistake, you’ll be the one to bear the burden.

Unsurprisingly, a lot of managers come back home upset or stressed, often unable to stop thinking about their workload. This could lead to them failing to even see problems in their marriages before it’s too late.

The divorce rate for this job is at 13%.

  1. Many people don’t think through the challenges marriage takes, trust, financial, children, relationships, relatives, sexual, etc.

  2. I was surprised that Auto Sales Management and Sales people were not on the list. The hours are rediculous and unpredictable.

Our goal is to help people in the best way possible. this is a basic principle in every case and cause for success.
