Now that you’re back from the store with a meal plan ready, you should probably work on your kitchen. With everything you need at the ready, it’ll be much easier to organize everything. It’ll also give you a boost of encouragement to keep at it and soon, this method of shopping will become routine. 

Not to mention, the better your kitchen is organized the less likely you are to overspend. If you’re always aware of what you need to buy and what you’ve run out of, keeping a tight budget won’t be so difficult after all. Then, decide on when you want to clean out- once or twice a month should do it. This should refresh your batteries a little and remind you of what to buy in smaller quantities, for example.
