Toothpaste

When it comes to toothpaste, Costco can’t be defeated, period. Tubes that are from the same brand, Colgate Total Advanced Whitening Paste Toothpaste are 3 ounces bigger AND cheaper by 70 cents. So, the winner is Costco, with only $12.99 for four 8-ounce tubes.

Body Soap

As for body soap, Target has a store brand that’s way better than Costco’s, first in price, then in variety, as it offers many options, including cucumber and pomegranate. In this category, the winner is definitely Target’s Up&Up Deep Moisturizing Body Wash, for only $3.49 on one 24-fluid ounce bottle. If you prefer the one from Costco, you’ll pay a bit more, as it is $9.99.
