Our parents have always told us not to play with fire. Some of us have heeded their advice while others have chosen careers that literally involve working with fire. Working in such high temperatures is sure to be stressful, no matter what these professionals are working on, from boiling soap and drying lumber.
Furnace, kiln, oven, drier, and kettle operators and tenders might need a cold shower to cool off when they come home… then they might need a warm bath just to relax! What do you think? Could you deal with the heat?
