13. Police, Fire and Ambulance Dispatchers
These are the people who we call for help when things go south. Police, fire and ambulance dispatchers need to stay calm while speaking to people who, more often than not (sadly) are in immediate danger.
They need to get the appropriate information regarding the events that have transpired and their location all while ensuring the proper emergency units are dispatched. Imagine being on the phone with someone who is having, most likely, the worst day of their life.
