Take Time to Network
Though we do put a lot of stock in sending out job applications and interviewing, we have to remember that most jobs are found through networking. This can either happen online or offline, so take your time to follow companies you’re interested in on social media. Then, start updating your LinkedIn profile.
When you’re looking for a job, tell your connections! You never know who’s heard of an opening that might be the right pick for you, and companies would rather trust a good reference rather than a total stranger!
