Be Yourself at the Interview
Showing off your unique personality should be a priority. Forget about fake smiled and rehearsed answers. Don’t answer questions in ways you think an interviewer expects you to answer them and instead fall back on your own personal strengths and honesty.
After all, if you interview as one person and show up at the office as another person it could create confusion and resentment in the workspace.
Needless to say, interviewers have also been doing their jobs for a long time and they can probably tell the difference between a candid answer and a rehearsed one. Remember, they’re also looking for people that will mesh well with their current team!
