This is by far one of the most expensive stores in the whole country. As a big supermarket chain, The Fresh Market has some outrageous food prices in comparison with other stores. According to Saving Advice, when you buy at this supermarket chain, you pay more for things that you could get at a much lower price in other places, or even in farmer’s markets.

Even so, most of their products are, indeed, high quality and locally produced. Now, it all comes down to your own preferences and decisions. If you want to try something more frugal, then we strongly disagree with going to the Fresh Market.
