Aiming for such higher education definitely pays off, especially if you consider you could stand to make $23,000 more than the national median earnings of full-time workers. Sounds good, right?

Every organization should seek to improve the skills of its employees. In order to do that, they hire training and development managers.
In this industry, women take up about 53.5% of jobs, with median earnings of $71,730. The gender pay gap is also smaller than in most industries, with women only making 93% of what men do.
